What You'll Be Doing

Assist in the operating theatre during procedures involving Double Medical devices and implants. Ensure surgical instruments and implants are prepared, sterilized, and complete before each surgery. Provide expert technical guidance during surgeries to ensure optimal device usage and patient outcomes. Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, nursing staff, and other hospital teams. Deliver product presentations, conduct hands-on workshops, and lead educational sessions for clinical professionals. Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely support and product availability for scheduled procedures. Collect clinical feedback and provide insights to management for product improvements and innovation. Accurately document all case support activities and submit detailed post-operative reports in a timely manner. Comply with hospital protocols and adhere to company standards.

What We're Looking For

A minimum of a Diploma in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field. Prior experience in an operating theatre environment, particularly in orthopaedic or trauma surgery, is preferred. Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and proficiency in handling medical instruments. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and solve problems under pressure. Capable of working independently while efficiently managing multiple surgical cases.
