Looking for a Product Growth SpecialistA leading tech MNCThe Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering our client, one of the world\'s largest tech organizations
• We are looking for a Product Growth Specialist
• The role will start out as a contract role
• Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred

The Talent

• Experience working in MNC environment
• Understanding of global product life cycle
• Need to have an experience influencing and often selling to XFN teams
• Need to have great market understanding and key themes of growth in the digital aspects (payments, social media)
• Need to have an appreciation of cultural trend that translate into online
• Strong digital product and business background is a plus.
• Product background mostly focused around business instead of consumer products
• Bahasa Indonesia speaking required to deal with counterparts in Indonesia market
• Ad solution knowledge will be a plus

• Provide local insights and local knowledge about digital advertising - identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats relevant for company\'s success in Indonesia
• Explore, identify and execute on growth opportunities
• Ensure the company\'s apps are fully functional and well adapted to be successful in Indonesia
• Partner with the analytics organization to validate key findings with data
• Escalate to and drive solutions with product management for identified market specific product issues and gaps
• Design and oversee local execution of a continuous testing plan for important end-to-end flows
• Track progress of market specific product improvements and measure impact
• Leverage usability studies, research and market analysis to drive market specific product insights into execution
• Understand company\'s strategic and competitive position in the region and work to improve it
