The role is in GDS Creative agency aligned to Global BMC channels team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting BMC tools and technologies (primarily Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) tool). The person will also be assisting global channel managers in governing the tools, providing BMC marketers training on the tools, and will be responsible for user management and vendor communication. The ideal candidate will have a technology background (having experience on AEM tool management) and an in-depth knowledge of digital marketing, in order to manage the tools and guide the marketers on the right technology mix for their campaigns. It would be desirable for the candidate to have experience in supporting any other marketing tool.
