To assist the Workshop Supervisor in the daily running operation of the workshop. To managing data inputs from multiple sources. To perform troubleshooting of vehicles with high degree of competency. Ensure all work carried out comply with safety and quality requirements. To perform random checks on service and repairs jobs to the fulfillment of customer's wishes. To generate a consistent set of monthly reports for the product management team. To help the management to manage the creation and updating of orderable items. To provide technical assistance to Foremen and Technicians. To provide backup support to escalated product related issues. Coordinate with other departments on a variety of projects. * Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
