Must have proven experience as a corporate trainer
At least 1 to 2 years experience in the BPO industry as a trainer
Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
Good interpersonal skills
Strong teaching and mentoring skills
With working background in the BPO Industry - Customer Service/Team leader/Quality Assurance
Must be amenable to work in a graveyard shift
Must have working knowledge with Microsoft tools
TASKS and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conducts training sessions and coaching to new hire customer service agents
Mentors and supports new and existing customer service employees to improve performance and ensure they are motivated
Monitors daily performance and conducts evaluation to identify gaps in performance, determine areas of improvement and create actions plans for enhancement
Ensures company guidelines and processes are being followed by the employees
Assists the team leaders in keeping track the attendance and performance records of employees
Collaborates and communicates with team leaders and the management to identify training needs and improve training process
