Product Trainer
Job Description
Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include: . Professionally train customers and partners both remotely and in person. On-board new starters and deliver internal training of our new products and features. Generate high quality learning materials in a range of media. Work with subject matter experts to plan and update training programs. Work as an admin in our Learning Management System. Schedule and organise training sessionsAttributes and Experience Required: . A proven track record in remote and classroom-based Product Training delivery. Exceptional written English communication, teaching and presentation skills. Interactive content creation and LMS management experience. Excellent training, interpersonal and organisational skills. Microsoft Office and Adobe CC proficiency. Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure with attention to detail. Ability to think critically and draw from several resources to create simple, unified, engaging output. Eagerness to develop new skills. Ability to work efficiently both within a team and independentlyLocation
