Production Assistant Engineer

Job Description
Technical
Oversee machine performance, conduct daily checks on machine operations, parameters, and product quality. Troubleshoot issues and ensure effective repairs and follow-ups are completed. Conduct machine setups and equipment/process qualifications. Ensure machine efficiency and maintain reject rates within desired limits Ensure timely completion of periodic maintenance, calibrations, and servicing. Liaise with local suppliers for technical purchases and material needs. Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and collaborate with production and QA teams to address quality initiatives. Manage production schedules, stock taking, audits, and team collaboration. Ensure adherence to industrial safety standards and cGMP requirements.
Documentation
Write reports on product failures, including root cause analysis, and document corrective actions. Develop and maintain SOPs, manuals for machine maintenance, and validation report activities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,900.00 - $3,500.00 per month
