Job Description

Carry out the quality control based on the given engineering drawing, design specification of Industrial DC Charger Perform the product testing set-up, wiring checking, functioning test and load test, FAT. Generating the test report, record the measurement data and filing Work closely with Design, Process & Technology department on finalising the operating manual, engineering drawing, part list and test report to ensuring comply with the customer requirement Update the process timing by using barcode clock in and clock out system To implement and identify needs for improvement by conveying to Manager/Engineer, so that quality of product is maintained Support the Services Team at site if needed Maintain the work area clean, safe and orderly Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed and updated in workplace Supervising the work of junior staff Co-ordinate with Design, Technology & Process Department on selecting, ordering and purchasing material with assisted by Supply Chain department Generating the Bill of Material, raise and update the Production Order (SAP) Liaising with vendor/supplier, supply chain and sales personnel Ensure that production is cost effective Monitoring stock level at production store and knowing when to replenish stock Assist the Production Manager in production planning, process and schedule. * Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
