Job Description
Hiring: Production Assistant (Micro & Small Ball Bearings Assembly)
Location: Jurong / Bedok
Position: Production Assistant (Assembly Operator)
Salary: $2,400 - $2,600 + Shift Allowance
Working Hours (Shift Rotations):
7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Rest Days: 8 days off per month
Company: Singapore-based micro and small ball bearings manufacturer
Job Responsibilities:
Assemble micro and small ball bearings efficiently according to standard procedures
Ensure production quantity and quality meet requirements
Perform tasks like measurement and matching as part of the production process
Operate and adjust assembly equipment; promptly report abnormalities or breakdowns
Correctly place finished products following storage and workflow protocols
Complete work orders and maintain necessary production records
Identify and segregate defective products and handle according to quality guidelines
Follow safety procedures and wear personal protective equipment (e.g., safety glasses)
Perform other daily related tasks assigned by supervisors
? Requirements:
No prior experience required; training provided
Able to work in rotating shifts
Minimum education: NITEC or above
Detail-oriented, responsible, and safety-conscious
