Responsibilities:
Assist Manager on planning, organize, direct and control all aspects of production operations.
Ensure processes are in accordance to requirements and standards.
Monitor daily production target is met.
Plan production schedule and prepare reports of stock count.
Troubleshoot discrepancies and quality issues.
Procurement and admin task eg.product specs
Requirements:
Min Diploma holder in Supply chain management/Food Science/Food Technology/Materials Management or equivalent or Minimum 2 years working experience in a Food Manufacturing environment.
Microsoft office skills with strong analytical abilities.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Independent and a good team worker
