Production Coordinator

to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage production timelines for event builds, displays, and retail fixtures. Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. Oversee logistics, material sourcing, and fabrication progress. Track and manage project costs, ensuring adherence to budgets. Prepare and update production schedules, reports, and documentation. Support project managers in ensuring quality control and timely delivery.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Events Management, Design, or related field. Minimum 2 years' experience in production, events, or project coordination. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of materials, fabrication, and technical drawings will be an advantage.
