JOB BRIEF:The Production Encoder is responsible for encoding all daily transactions and ensure that the corresponding documents are closely and properly disseminated, filed and duly accounted for.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures the accuracy of manual inputs and encoded data. Distributes documents to concerned units
• Matches production schedules versus figures reflected in the system to assure accuracy of inputs
• Organize, sorts and maintains orderly and complete files of production and all other regularly generated transactions
• Makes sure that all standard operating procedures are followed
• Complies to cGMP standards at all times
• Does other related jobs which may be assigned by superiors from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Should have at least one-year experience in data encoding (any ERP system)
• Basic knowledge in standard office work and filing practices
• Knowledge in using basic computer applications (Word & Excel)
• With good communication skills
• Self Motivated and has the ability to identify and complete task without direct supervision
• Submits needed report completely and on time
• Weekly and Month end inventory count
• Willing to work on shifting schedule
• Willing to work for long hours especially during peak season
• Willing to work in Marikina City

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php14,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per monthBenefits:
