Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage processes to meet quality/output targets, troubleshoot process and optimize workflow. Assist production operations including equipment setup, operation, and maintenance. Cover duties in the absence of operators, inspections, calibration/ adjustments on machinery. Monitor parameters and adjust settings to maintain product quality and efficiency. Document production activities, issues encountered, and corrective actions taken. Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare daily and weekly performance reports and ensure recording of production metrics. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment. Identify recurring issues, recommend solutions, ensure safe operating of equipment & housekeeping. Communicate with quality control, maintenance, logistics teams and support training programs. Propose innovative ideas for cost savings and productivity improvements.
Degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering with 1 year experience preferred
