About the Roles

We are looking for a Production Engineer (Chemical / Mechanical) to join a leading manufacturing company in Tuas. This is a

permanent position

with a 5-day work week, Monday to Friday (8AM - 5PM). Transport is conveniently provided from Choa Chu Kang. The role offers a

What You'll Be Doing

Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficiency and smooth operations. Monitor product quality to consistently meet customer requirements and standards. Provide solutions and support for operational issues faced by production teams. Implement preventive measures to avoid process non-conformances. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve production targets. Review and evaluate documentation such as product drawings, specifications, data sheets, and calculations. Offer technical guidance and coordinate integration of tasks across production teams. Apply process expertise in design calculations, equipment sizing, and selection. Handle additional production-related duties as assigned by management.

What We're Looking For

Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. At least 5 years of experience, preferably in chemical, process, or manufacturing environments. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Proactive, hands-on, and capable of performing effectively under pressure.
