. You'll play a key role in overseeing production operations, ensuring quality consistency, and driving process improvements within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Supervise and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and product quality. Resolve operational issues and provide technical support to production teams. Implement preventive measures to minimize process non-conformances. Lead and contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives. Review and analyze technical documentation, drawings, data sheets, and specifications. Apply engineering knowledge to perform design calculations, equipment sizing, and selection. Coordinate and guide production personnel to achieve operational objectives. Carry out additional engineering or production-related duties as assigned by management.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum of 5 years' experience, ideally in the chemical, process, or manufacturing sectors. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities. Hands-on, proactive, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
