Job Description

• Executes manufacturing schedules based on production plan, capacity and related activities.
• Conduct failure analysis of non-conforming process or product and initiate corrective or preventive actions in order to prevent re-occurrence of the failure.
• Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability.
• Conduct product process cycle time analysis and line balancing. Study and recommend removal of any non-value-added process in line.
• Ensure all production machines and equipments to be one hundred percent (100%) operational with the help of engineering / technical group. Improve process rate of equipment (ex. counter measure against the bottleneck process).
• Check, maintain and preserve the production machines and tools. Record and monitor all machine downtime and parts replacement.
• Make the process flow chart and work standard. Maintain the documentation ex. Work Standard, drawing and so on.
• Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Provides training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals.
• Responsible for the product spoilage reduction.
• Responsible for 5S implementation at all times.
• Maintain and confirm the safety of the process.

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:
