Production Engineer

Job Description
- Cary out the production in accordance to the planning programme.
- Coordinate with various departments and sub-contractors to ensure works are carried out on time.
- Coordinate with customer to ensure timely delivery of the products.
- Ensure test cube are taken for each batch of casting in accordance with quality plan.
- Keep records of all test cube taken and record results and monitor those component that fails.
- Check quality of all incoming materials for the concrete as well as those for precast components.
- Check all materials to ensure it meets the requirements specified in the drawings.
- Check the dimension of finished products.
- Check and ensure components are properly finished and stacked properly on trailers.
- Ensure all inspections are carried out, signed off by QC before casting and delivery to site.
- Min 3 years’ experience in construction sector.
- Ability to work independently meets with the deadline.
- Ability to adhere to schedule and keep proper records.
- Ability to co-ordinate with Main Contractors, Sub Contractor and Suppliers etc.
- Must be able to read construction drawings.
- Strong teamwork spirit, proactive & good communication skills.
