Job Description
On behalf of our client, a European base international leader as a supplier of total solutions for installation and foundation projects in the Offshore Wind & Renewables, Decommissioning, Oil & Gas and Civil Engineering market, we are currently recruiting for a Production Engineer to be based Tuas South in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Knowledge of production and logistical processes and products and their interrelatedness
- Report on progress of activities and point out deviations regarding delivery time, budget and quality
- Types of processing operations and processing sequence applied in the production process
- Knowledge of mechanical engineering/marine engineering installations and constructions
- Ensure safety, working conditions and environmental requirements
- Reading and/or preparing technical drawings, specifications and other project documents
- Planning, logistics, budgeting and communication techniques
- Budgetary management and cost price-determining factors
- Hands on, acts as escalation point and reference point for other colleagues
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- MS office skills
- Positive attitude
- Self-starter and a team player
- Team player with good communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
