Production Engineer

Job Description
$3600 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: North
Responsibilities
- Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work.
- Formulate and implement an efficient material handling system for efficient storage and movement of raw material, semi-finished and finished product within the factory.
- Perform engineering analysis to reduce defects and improve product quality.
- Investigate production problems, analyse root causes, implement corrective actions and preventative actions.
- Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.
- Develop practices to improve and maximise production capacity, quality and manpower utilisation.
- Assist to drive new projects or development. For example, lean manufacturing, quality and smart manufacturing projects.
- Formulate and implement company 5S and safety policies to create a safe, clean and organised work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma qualification.
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
- Good communication skills
