Job Description

: Naturepack Pte Ltd is looking for a high-energy and no-task-too-small Production Executive to support the production team for a period of 6 months. This position reports to the Floor Supervisor and interfaces with the production and operations team.

The production team focuses on producing healthy snacks and beverages. Through this traineeship, trainee will get to gain insights on Boxgreen's end-to-end production process and seek to increase efficiency in order to meet customer demand. Specific Responsibilities:

• Assist with material preparation and production of snacks & beverages
• Supervision of machine operation and maintenance
• Research, evaluate and suggest how to improve efficiency in production processes to achieve output targets
• Support material receiving and product dispatch
• Estimate and order ingredient quantity according to the production schedule
• Assist with quality control and implement Food Safety Standards
• Providing support in administrative work
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor and manager

• To understand current process and learn how to draft SOPs involved in the production of snacks & beverages.
• To learn how to supervise the workers to operate and fix machines.
• To learn how to estimate and order ingredient quantity according to the production schedule
• To learn how to improve current production processes and meet output targets efficiently.
• To learn and implement Food Safety Standards, and ensure all staff involved in the production process complies with guidelines.
• To assist with administrative work by updating daily production reports with accurate figures.
