KEY RESPONSIBILITIES . Review information of confirmed work orders from Retail Sales dept. to ensure completeness and accuracy . Assign work orders to Production Team and manage queries/requests . Liaise with Store and Procurement on stock availability and purchase of required materials . Upkeep and report record of work order production status . Validate and report on Production G-order issues to assist Production Manager . Attend to technical issues on the work order request . Assist in developing new product design and work with relevant departments for further review . Assist in reviewing and improving raw materials used in company's products Others . Preferably with experience in aluminum windows and facade works . Strong leadership and communication skills . Self-motivated and results driven . Resourceful and able to resolve production issues tactfully . 5.5 day work week . Able to work in Tuas . Transport provided at Jurong East & Boon Lay MRT station . Available within short notice
