Our client is a reputable food distributor and supplier to numerous restaurants and hotels across Singapore. With a track record of close to 24 years in the industry, they have since expanded their operations to hold over 5 business units and have been acquired by one of the largest food distribution companies in Japan. They are seeking for a dedicated Production Executive to join their team.

They are seeking for a dedicated Production Executive to join their team.

Job Details:

• Location: Jalan Buroh (Company transport provided @ Jurong East/Lakeside)
• Working hours: 6 day work week (8.30am - 5pm)
• Salary: Basic up to $3,600 + AWS + Staff Benefits

Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the senior production manager, the incumbent is responsible for:

• Partaking in day to day production operations
• Focusing on receiving incoming stock from stores, and guiding production operators on correct processes
• Being accountable for inventory, replenishment and management of production store products and supplies
• Analysis of production records and physical inventory store comparisons
• Partnering with the production manager to brainstorm methods to reduce inventory discrepancies

The Talent

• Min. Diploma/Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification with relevant experience
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in F&B and production role
• Ability to lead, develop and train staff
• Proficiency in using inventory software
• Ability to analyze, interpret and explain inventory/production reports
• Strong attention to details
• Excellent interpersonal/customer service skills
• Good team player
