What does the job consist?

Responsibilities

Production Expeditor Coordination

• Assist production planner in monitoring, tracking and expediting for shipment/SSD,
• Handling equipment independently for WIP level linearity, BE WIP pushing, urgent shipment expediting in shop floor,
• Coordinator between planner and production to ensure urgent lots being prioritized, and minimize tools standby time,
• Escalate abnormalities (WIP/Equipments) to production planner and ME for risk prescience,
• Work with relevant departments on the slow disposition of LOH & non-moving WIPs,
• Pass down to the next shift clearly to ensure work efficiency of coming shifts,
• Perform housekeeping, adhere to manufacturing discipline and clean room protocol,
• Supporting production and any relevant Ad Hoc tasks assign by the ME.

• Able to speak and write simple English,
• Able to MS Office (Excel spreadsheet),
• Possess Delphi, Siview, Google Drive/Chat/gmail, understand entire production process will be advantageous.

• At least 3 years of working in production environment. Preferably in semiconductor industry with Fab clean room experience,
• Good commitment with high sense of responsibility,
• Team Player with good communication and interpersonal skills,
• Highly motivated and adaptable to fast paced, dynamic environment; flexible to work for extended hours as required,
• Need to be able to work on 12hrs rotation shift (one month day, one month night).

• Secondary School/O Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, other Equivalent.
