Job Description
GEMECO is a packaging company engaged in the manufacture of tin cans for infant dietetics, beverages, meat, fish, fruits, vegetables, and other food products.GEMECO's customers include: Angel Milk, 555, Argentina, Century Canning, Hunt's-URC, Ligo, Mead Johnson, Purefoods Hormel - San Miguel, Reno, Swift, Virginia, and Youngstown.Responsibilities
- Ensure quality production output and meet delivery requirements
- Preparation of production schedule Implementation of the department's established policies
- Coordinate with other production departments Initiate improvement and development Foster team work among staff
- Candidate must be a graduate of any Engineering course
- With leadership qualities
- Experienced in handling people in a manufacturing set-up
- Knowledge in ISO an advantage
- Positive work attitude, trainable, flexible
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
