Key Responsibilities

Production Administrative Duties:



Update daily attendance and production records, including output and downtime. Record and monitor the return of goods to the company. Prepare and process production-related documents (e.g., packing lists, material issue forms, customs declarations for shipments to the Malaysia plant). Monitor material issuance and ensure proper documentation. Assist the Production Executive during quarterly stock counts. Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

HR Administrative Support:



Manage work permit applications, renewals, and related documentation. Coordinate safety orientation courses and maintain proper training records. Liaise with workers on passport expiry and renewal matters. * Provide general administrative support to the HR department as required.
