Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders.
• Monitor production workflows and work together with CSR team to adjust schedules as needed to address delays or changes in demand.
• Supervise and lead production teams, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance of the technicians/ operators.
• Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and address any personnel issues.
• Ensure that production processes comply with quality standards and regulations.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain product standards.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Analyse production metrics and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop, implement and monitor relevant KPIs to improve performance, productivity, and efficiency of output.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure that the production area adheres to safety regulations.
• Conduct regular safety audits and address any compliance issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance, Warehouse to ensure smooth production operations.
• Communicate production updates and issues to senior management and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor\'s degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in manufacturing environment, preferably electro-mechanical assembly.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
