The Production manager leads the production and warehousing team of the Company. Responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the optimisation of daily output.
- Manage and ensure all manufacturing operations conforms with applicable food industry standards (HACCP/ISO 22000) and relevant regulatory standards. Enforce GMP in the production lines
- Planning of production schedule in a manner to optimise production resources and achieving maximum output
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of production equipment to ensure smooth work operations
- Conduct forecast to identify potential risks and contingencies in a proposed project
- Prepare periodic production reports and present to management
- Ensure accurate inventory of raw materials and finished goods
- Maintain good housekeeping practices, cleanliness of the production and warehousing shopfloor
- Ensure good storage condition and optimise storage capacity for raw materials and finished goods
- Performance evaluation and setting of KPIs
- Proven experience as Production Manager
- Profound knowledge of production management, quality standards and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH)
- Experience in reporting on key production metrics
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
- Excellent organization and leadership skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): ERP, Microsoft Office
- 5.5 days work week
