About Our Client
The client is a well established medicine manufacturer. They have built a strong foundation over many years and an expert in the field of medicine and nutritional products manufacturing. They are a trusted reputation that has been cultivated over time and currently expanding their manufacturing site and is looking for Production Manager who is an expert in production processes to join their team.Preferably someone with proven knowledge and exposed to medical product/ nutritional product/ food production.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the production site, ensuring adherence to production schedules and meeting production targets
- Ensure that production outputs are in compliance with quality standards/ regulations
- Lead and manage production team, providing guidance, training and feedback
- Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary actions (e.g. design requirements for new equipment) to enhance production efficiency
- Participate in quality audits
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Science, Engineering or equivalent in the related field
- Preferably with at least 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or food manufacturing environment, of which with previous managerial experience
- Proven knowledge and expertise in area of focus revolving around pharmaceutical/ food product manufacturing
- Strong foundation with HACCP and GMP
- Decision maker who can make quality decisions related to innovation, design and best practices to drive operational capability
