Qualifications:

BS Electrical Engineering or BS Mechanical Engineering Graduate with at least 5 years experience in a Manufacturing set-up preferably in a Food Manufacturing Industry.
With experience in people management in a production line with at least 50 personnel
With experience in the implementation of a Food Safety Management System

Participates in the planning and efficient execution of annual budgets, including volumes, costs, quality, working capital, head counts.
Responsible in the attainment of all production targets including but not limited to quality, volume, yield, utilities ratio.
Prepare annual and monthly production forecasts, and does necessary updates to all internal and external stakeholders. Prepares monthly production reports, does analysis and implements action items that shall bring yields and ratios back to planned targets.
Works with the Maintenance and Engineering Manager and Technical Services Manager in the execution of initiatives or plant trials towards new process or product.
Plans and implements a Training Plan or Personnel Development Program for his staff in coordination with the HR Training Officer
