Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Review, confirm, and implement production plan orders.


2. Verify product order delivery dates and manage any changes as required.


3. Plan production tasks, monitor completion, and balance production with sales requirements.


4. Arrange and control production schedules to ensure timely execution.


5. Manage materials, track and resolve anomalies, and handle delivery date adjustments.


6. Coordinate product sales, delivery, quality, and related matters.


7. Facilitate effective communication and coordination between departments.


8. Supervise and audit the department's 5S management practices.


9. Compile statistics and report quality anomalies and target achievement to superiors.


10. Oversee IE/QE engineers in addressing abnormal issues and ensure implementation of improvement measures.


11. Participate in weekly and monthly quality review meetings.


12. Review departmental goals and oversee implementation of improvement and training plans.


13. Maintain communication and coordination with managers of other departments.


14. Plan and manage departmental resources effectively.


15. Organize and provide skills and knowledge training for production personnel.


16. Ensure compliance with ISO standards and maintain up-to-date certifications.


17. Oversee workplace health and safety (WSH) practices and ensure compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations.


18. Carry out other tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

1. Degree/diploma in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.


2. Proven experience as a production manager in electronic components manufacturing.


3. Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and health and safety regulations.


4. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.


5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.


6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.


7. Proficiency in relevant software applications.
