:

• Location: West
• 5 days work week
• Reporting to Senior VP, APAC
• Experience in handling Hazardous Non-Standard Products

Responsibilities

• OTD Management
• Effectively arrange productivity, reach production plan and complete OTD target
• Control the production cycle and deal with abnormal feedback
• Production line capacity, per capita capacity improvement and operation process optimization
• Quality Management
• Improve the qualification rate, and have the ability of wrong material control and risk prevention
• Improvement of operation skills and experience inheritance
• Cost Management
• Control and optimization of material loss rate and establishment of management system
• Employees Management
• Skill training of workshop employees and potential excavation
• Retention of key person; Establishment of incentive system; Draft employees promotion and job transfer management regulation.
• Cross Department Communication, Heritation of Company Culture
• Major issues, projects, involving cross departmental coordination, integrate and mobilize resources to drive the process and control the progress achieve the goals
• Fully understand and transmit the corporate culture to employees
• Safety Production Management
• Establish and implement standards for the collection, storage, distribution and management of valuable materials;
• Detection and maintain of machine equipment
• Emergency response measures
• Staff safety production awareness training and implementation the safety management measures.
• Other responsibilities:
• Company specific project management;
• Other tasks assigned by the company

Requirements

• Production and management experience of non-standard products
• Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering, careful thinking and rigorous work
• More than 10 years of relevant management experience, proficient in English
• Be familiar with the working principle and method of SAP
• Ability to establish workflow and management system, strong data analysis ability
• Ability to coordinate and deal with emergencies
