Overall in-charge of plant operations from warehousing, production, quality control, purchasing, maintenance etc. Developing feasible workflows for plant operations to run smoothly throughout the year Overseeing daily operations at the manufacturing plant Leading and managing a team of production technicians to meet daily targets Implementing and maintaining good manufacturing standards in order to achieve higher efficiency productivity and quality Resolving potential production issues and coordinating activities alongside the team on a timely basis Managing supply chains of raw materials, packaging and machinery for existing and new products Ensuring new employees are well trained and all employees follow the standards operating procedures Consolidating quantitative and qualitative data for reporting and analysis Planning the weekly and monthly production scheduleRequirements Prior experience and knowledge in production planning and managing production operations, minimum 5 years of relevant experience will be advantage Experience in F&B manufacturing industry is preferred, familiarity with F&B certifications (BRC/FSSC22000) and local regulation (SFA, NEA etc.) will be advantage Passionate about the alternative protein industry and willing to learn more about the nascent sector Highly driven and motivated individual, works well independently Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail Good planning, organization and project management skills Able to think strategicallyOthers Willing to work in Tuas
