Refinery Media is the leading multiple award-winning production house for Unscripted Television production in Asia. We are looking for a Production Manager to be based in Singapore to help manage the production of Unscripted television shows in Southeast Asia. We are looking for a self-starter who will work with our freelance teams and external production partners to move projects forward from a logistical, budgetary and quality point of view under the supervision of the Senior Producer, Supervising Producer and Executive Producer. The candidate must have the ability to work across multiple cultural differences and customs. Excellent communications skills and knowledge of Unscripted TV Production landscape are a must.

Tasks

Key job
responsibilities

Co-ordinate multiple unscripted projects in
development and production.

Develop and manage schedules and budgets for
various projects, working together with Production Accountant on cash flow
management

Hiring of Production crews

Work with internal departments and third party
production companies on production safety, security, insurance, immigration,
visa, travel, and tax issues

On set Production Management to ensure smooth
production flow

Prepare analysis of budgets and cost reports

Works with post-production to ensure delivery of
all required assets

Requirements

Critieria

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a

Producer/Production Manager/Line Producer

• knowledge and experience in various forms of

unscripted television (e.g., competition, docu-follow, documentary, music,
variety) across different budget levels

• High level of competency with scheduling and

cost reports

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal

communication skills

• Great judgment and common sense

• Ability to work in a rapidly changing and

stressful environments

• High levels of integrity and discretion in

handling confidential information
