He/She will represent the company in meals presentation to customers and responsible for coming up with new menu. Duties and Responsibilities Overall responsible for all Catering food productions and planning of Airline menus. Feedback quality information to ensure production process complies with ISO / HACCP Standards requirements. Ensure management strategies, policies are followed and procedures are complied with and reviewed periodically. Ensure food production staff re trained on relevant skills and knowledge that has an impact on the quality and food safety. Motivate production staff to achieve company goals. Establish and maintain high quality products. Ensure high standard of hygiene with the production areas is achieved and maintained. Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented as early as possible. Review the performance of subordinates regularly. Requirements Minimum 15 years of experience in 5 star hotel/resort and 10 years of experience as a leader in large culinary operations Must have a comprehensive and diverse culinary background Good knowledge in accounting and calculation of food costs Identify training gaps and needs within the team Maintain existing relationships with clients by meeting their needs and providing solutions accordingly Be a representative on a senior management level at industry events and presentations
