Job Summary:

• Company background: Jap MNC Chemical Manufacturing field
• Working location: West
• Working days & hrs: 5 days work ; 8 a.m. - 4.45 p.m.
• Salary range: up to SGD 7000 (dep on exp) + AWS + VB
• Company transport is provided

Primary Responsibilities

• Managing production department to ensure efficient and effective production operations through optimising resource allocation and monitoring production metrics
• Overseeing and managing the overall budget expenditure and manpower arrangement
• Implementing process improvement to maximise productivity and waste management
• Responsible in continuous improvement and operational excellence by identifying areas for improvement, implementing team manufacturing principles, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement among the team members
• Conduct meeting, managing and ensure workplace safety and health and auditing to align with Quality Environmental Safety and Health (QESH), ISO and compliance from regulatory requirements.
• Leading and managing Electrode Consumption Reduction (ECR) reduction and closure
• Providing guidance, mentoring to the production staffs and monitor its performance

Requirements

• Relevant study in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
• Good to have 8 years of relevant working experiences in chemical manufacturing field
• Good to handle or involve in ISO Certification processes
• Familiar with Environment Safety and Health regulations
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
