About the Roles

We are seeking a dedicated

Production Operator

to join a reputable

electronics manufacturing

company located in

Tai Seng

. This is a

permanent, full-time

position with a

5-day work week on rotating shifts

, offering a

. Join a dynamic production team where you'll play a key role in assembling and testing electronic components that power innovative products.

What You'll Be Doing

Assemble and test PCBs and electronic components according to technical drawings and work instructions. Operate, start up, and shut down production line equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect products for quality, identify faults, and carry out corrective actions when necessary. Record accurate production data, including output quantities and quality control metrics. Support fellow team members by maintaining cleanliness, restocking materials, and assisting in assembly tasks. Participate in process improvement projects and report any operational issues to supervisors. Adhere to all workplace safety rules and ensure a safe working environment. Carry out other assigned duties to support daily operations.

What We're Looking For

Minimum

O Level qualification

or equivalent. No prior experience required --

comprehensive training will be provided

. Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a fast-paced production environment. Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to quality and safety.
