Production Operator
Job Description
1 ) Understand and operate the assigned Injection Molding machines to produce quality products.2 ) Must be able to visually inspect parts for clarity and defects to insure a quality product.3 ) Clock to jobs and provide accurate counts for production run.4 ) Keep work area clean and comply with 5S process for assigned area.5 ) Remove parts from molds and degate, deburr and/or deflash the parts as required to meet quality standard.6 ) Pack parts as needed for delivery to production line.7 ) Participate in manufacturing training and Kazien events with a focus on eliminating waste in all production activities.8 ) This Job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities of the employee.
