RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out activities (operating machine, soldering, testing, packing, gluing, etc.) based on a daily production schedule as assigned by the Superior.
• Follow and adherence to production document and process/work instruction during operation and stop and escalate if any non-conformance/issue (on product/raw material quality issues, fixture problem, and test rejects encountered.)
• Record of the production data (clocking time, defects/rejects, etc.).
• Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment/process operation.
• Identify and promptly report hazards to Supervisor immediately.
• Maintain the work area clean, safe and organized by 5S housekeeping.
• Work with the respective parties to resolve technical issues and improve production processes.
• Work on 1st level technical issue(s) and sustaining production processes when needed.
• Involve in line balancing activities within work cells/ Self-organizing.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of a NITEC in Engineering.
• No experience candidates are welcomed to apply.
• Prepared to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Experience in assembly, testing or troubleshooting as an added advantage.
