Job Description

Responsibilty:

• Participate in actual production activities, including but not limited to: participation and execution of production work, establishment and optimization of production processes;
• Establish and optimize workflow/standards/systems;
• Establish all kinds of production implementation standards, operating standards, system documents, training systems, and implementation to ensure the accuracy of on-site operations;
• Continuously optimize the field operation process, system process, operation method, improve production efficiency, promote production capacity;
• Guarantee of delivery time;
• Monitor the order timeliness and plan achievement, analyze the reasons for failure to meet the order, formulate improvement measures to ensure that the production target is achieved;
• Handling abnormal warehouse problems;
• Accept the abnormal problems in the team, solve and close the abnormal from multiple dimensions in coordination with quality, formulate abnormal improvement measures, arrange implementation, and accept the implementation degree of improvement measures;
• Other work assigned by superiors;
• According to the direction of the department, lead the production of department-level projects, or cooperate with the execution of company-level projects to promote the successful landing of projects

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of working experience in electronics manufacturing or logistics industry
• Familiar with basic knowledge of communication products, lean production knowledge and site management knowledge
• Proficient in WORD,EXCEL and other office software, with basic network knowledge
• Soft quality: organization and coordination ability; teamwork ability, work initiative, sense of responsibility, efficient execution/problem solving/serious and responsible/rigorous and meticulous

Salary: $2000 - $2500 (depends on experience)Working Arrangement: Mon - FriPermanent position with employee benefits (i.e. AWS)Working Location: Kallang Place
