5.5 Days Work Week

Monday to Friday : 0830 - 1730

Saturday : 0830 - 1230

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure work orders received from Engineer are accurate and timely manner. Maintain accurate production planning record Issue Purchase Requisition Order for Subcon / Plating / Heat treatment. Coordinate with purchaser to ensure timely availability of raw material and parts for secondary (plating / heat treatment) process. Assist in working with Production Supervisor / Manager on planning or scheduling. Follow up closely on production order and work closely with relevant department. Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in Production Planning preferably in manufacturing environment. Well versed in computer skill especially in excel and other Microsoft office skills and knowledge in Navision is preferred. Strong skills and experience using Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point). Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory and in timely manner. Independent in communication skills. Post-graduate diploma in any engineering others filed related to planning and job arrangement.
