Job Responsibilities

• Managed MCMU for production material control
• Production engineering, production planning and process control of Melting, Powder manufacturing and Powder Metallurgy process
• Perform process control, production planning and material planning on the production line and set up to ease smooth production flow
• Assume any other suitable duties as and when assigned by the Company
• Able to perform various materials transaction in SAP and materials movements for data accuracy
• Participates in planning and establishing overall production objectives.
• Coordinates manufacturing order management, interfacing with Customer Service/Sales to turn customer orders and forecasts into manufacturing orders, determine quantity and batch size of all orders and monitor finished goods inventory
• Maintains status over orders in process to remain informed of manufacturing stage and, when needed, initiates the necessary steps to maintain conformity with schedules

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experiences
• Experience in production control, planning and/or purchasing in a manufacturing environment required
• Experience with ERP systems, just in time or pull supply systems, using real time computer scheduling system required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
• Knowledge of SAP preferred.
