Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination of production workflow and discussion with stakeholders for product/service deliveries.
• Maintain communication across all departments to bridge manufacturing gaps, issues and customers\' needs.
• Responsible for production planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
• Plan for all activities related to production, including job scheduling, material planning, subcontracting for smooth order deliveries.
• Creation of expediting report and monitor its progress.
• Monitor jobs to ensure it will be completed fulfilling Customer\'s requirement and OTIF.
• Address issues when they arise aiming for minimize disruption.
• Review key performance indicators with management for continuous improvement & reduce waste.

Requirements:

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in related discipline or equivalent
• At least 2 years\' experience as a Production Planner within the industry
• Experience in Manufacturing Resource Planning
• Good knowledge of production and resource management
• Proficient in MS Office
