Salary Range: Up to $3,700.00
Production Planner (Production Control & Logistics)
The Production Planner is required to be able to collect and estimate customer forecast, create 18 months production plan and load it into the SAP system. The position also includes the ability to follow up on schedule attainment and ensure that all orders are delivered on time and on budget.
Responsibilities
- Familiar with SAP, PP and MM Model
- Meet monthly and yearly Revenue targets
- Control inventory and 100% delivery to customer
- Collect and estimate customer forecast, to create 18 months production plan and load it into SAP system
- Monthly submit volume forecast to Finance and weekly outlook, with accuracy
- Weekly release 2 weeks production schedules and fix one week without change
- Daily work with the operation team to follow up on schedule attainment
- Daily work with the material team to understand the material support plan
- Monthly submit 6 months build plan to the IE team to study capacity
- Weekly release ship plan according to client demand and operation output
- Work with quality team if there is an issue
- Weekly update SAP planning
- Diploma in production, IE or BA
- 3 years of production planner experience
- Automotive industry experience preferred
