Job Description
- Semiconductor Equipment Maker, MNC
- Remuneration: Up to $3800
- Salary will commensurate with Experience & Qualifications
Creation and change of Purchase and Production orders to both Singapore and Malaysia plants Generate and monitor shortage list for spare parts requirement in customer orders Regular video conferencing and communication with counterparts in overseas plants Customer order materials fulfilment (machines, options & spares) Customer orders conversion and changes adaptation Stock Movement Form creation for stock materials transactions Inventory control and monitoring to ensure material availability for build plan Implement Engineering Changes of materials for production Creation and maintenance of Materials Master in SAP system Coordinate the Demand Planning Requirement with global counterparts
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Business Studies / Administration, Logistics or equivalent Preferably 3 years of working experience with planning in a Manufacturing environment Possess business administration skill and SAP knowledge Able to conduct weekly meetings on order deliveries and materials planning
