Responsibilities:

Responsible for MPS in support of Back Order and DSI performance.
Timely execution of MPS, Build Plan and Process Order in accordance to Distribution Center Supply Plan.
Expedite outbound shipment in ensuring inventory is received into Distribution Center.
Coordinate production output through Outbound Delivery allocation for Warehouse to pick, pack and ship.
Work with Production on manufacturing resource allocation to meet any demand upsurge.
Regular systems maintenance for data integrity.
Generate all operational and management report.
Proactive in monitoring potential conflicts and rectifies bottleneck areas that may cause delays
Evaluate scheduling alternatives to determine the best course of action

Qualifications:

Degree in any Business or Commercial discipline
At least 5 years related experience in production planning/scheduling in a lean manufacturing environment
Good understanding of ERP concept and application preferably in SAP
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in Order Fulfillment, Shipping, MPS management and Production Planning
Strong computer skills with working knowledge in Microsoft Windows Office suite
A good and positive team player
Preferably with professional certification in Materials or Supply Chain management such as CPIM
