Job Summary:

• Company background: Japanese MNC Manufacturing
• Working location: West Singapore
• Working days & hrs: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8AM - 5.15PM)
• Salary range: up to SGD 8500 (dep on exp) + AWS + Variable Bonus

Primary Responsibilities

• Monitoring production quality, cost, and timely shipment to ensures good reputation toward customers.
• Make master plan for Machine Tools Department
• Execute of production activities reference to the master plan
• Manage, motivate, and develop a team of production staff in the areas like education, behaviour, and fair manner etc.
• To lead a team of production staff to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Control of production variable cost and expenses and maintain P/L
• Ensures plant wide safety, productivity good factory housekeeping and serviceability of all production machine and equipment\'s.
• Keep good relationship between the management and the workers.
• Other responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
• Relevant qualification in production techniques such as 5S, Safety and ISO 9001 will be an added advantage.
• Relevant experience in Manufacturing and Assembly of Heavy Industrial Machines will be added advantage.
• Candidate with 10 years\' experience in machine tool environment will be added advantage.
