Principal Accountabilities

Safety

To ensure the production co-workers are operating in accordance to safety requirements at all times. To ensure the co-workers are trained before commencement of their required job function.

Operational Strategy

To improve the program for production on order to achieve continuous improvement. Providing organizational analysis, interpretation and evaluation of results for operational issues and propose effective solutions to them.

Daily Operational Management

Working closely with SAFETY department to create a safe and healthy working environment. Oversee the production department and provide overall guidance to subordinates For daily operational Management; provide coordination and management of subordinates to promote communication between departments and allocation of tasks and resources needed. To promote coordination within the departmental staff to improve product quality, production efficiency and yield, reducing production scrap rate and production costs. Working closely with engineering equipment professionals, allowing them to complete maintenance plans and maintenance projects efficiently and promptly. Working closely with the R & D department, in order to provide R & D Samples and quality safe products for our customers. Working closely with the QA department to provide and perform action plans and follow ups on products.

Training and Development

Responsible for the training and guidance in professional development for the department and ensure that they possess enough job capacity. Responsible for team building management, particularly in recruitment, promotion and evaluations.

Job Specific skills and abilities

Familiar with production site management. Familiar with the flexible packaging industry is preferred Have good self-motivation, excellent communication and coordination skills. Good team coordination and leadership. Good judgment, execution and the driving force for the team Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English

Knowledge and Experience

Min 5 years of management experiences in manufacturing and technical management or production management. Good communication and interpersonal skills

Education and Certifications

* Diploma or above for science and engineering classes is a plus
