Ensure proper handing and taking over process when changing shift.
Carry out any instructions from Production Managers with proper communication to subordinates.
Ensure that the team consistently meets production output and quality requirements through troubleshooting simple maintenance issues and monitoring operations to detect any abnormalities.
Assess and conduct training for Process Technicians in the team.
Prepare and verify daily report, work permits, work requests, and physical stock of expendable items.
Ensure that the team actively participates in 3S housekeeping, EHS and energy saving activities.
Ensure that the team operates in a manner that complies with QA, EHS and SOP requirements.
Investigate and prepare reports on operational abnormalities and incidents when necessary.
Generate check sheet for day-to-day operations.
