Reports directly to the Production Supervisor.
Performs filling of hydrogen peroxide, ammonium hydroxide & mixing & filling of chemical polisher within stipulated targets & acceptable quality levels.
Executes all production activities as instructed, including container preparations, inspections, washing, loading & palletizing, strapping, packaging inspection, shrink wrapping, material handling, etc.
Prescribe to adhere procedure on QMS, EMS & OHS.
Carry out necessary process parameters & record the data on check sheet. Ensure readings are within prescribe operational range.
Able to carry out & use hand held equipment necessary for operation activities, NAV operations, simple maintenance work, process & line improvement.
Maintains general upkeep & cleanliness of production area.
Strictly adhere to safety rules & donning of PPE
Strictly adhere to standard operating procedure & observing line discipline.
And any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

At least Diploma in Chemical/ Science/ Mechanical Engineering or any relevance fields
No experience is required
Physically fit
Able to work in cleanroom environment (uniform provided)
Able to use Microsoft Office
