Morning : 7.15am to 7.15pm Night: 7.15pm to 7.15am ( Can choose) Shift 3,2,2,3 (fixed shift either morning/night) Serangoon North Job Scope: * Perform set-up of the production machines accor Morning : 7.15am to 7.15pm Night: 7.15pm to 7.15am ( Can choose) Shift 3,2,2,3 (fixed shift either morning/night) Serangoon North Job Scope: Perform set-up of the production machines accordance to the product specification and BOM Operate the assigned production machines to ensure that quality, production target and efficiency are meet as per the production schedule/ requirement. Ensure equipment's parameters are within specifications and our products are according to the product specification and BOM Perform trouble-shooting and rectification of the machines problem, including resolving major equipment issues. Ensure all safety precautions in troubleshooting and operating of the machines are strictly adhered to per the requirements Ensure proper in- process check is carry out at the production floor Perform housekeeping of the work area and machines Assist the line leaders/Production supervisors in achieving the production target/shipment plan Prepare OEE/ shift report Perform the spare part check To comply with all defined safe work procedures and to use appropriate PPE before operating any equipment or performing any activities. To comply and support company initiatives to protect the environment e.g. recycling effort or proper disposal of unwanted waste etc.
